My practice combines Eastern and Western techniques, which are safe and effective in reducing stress and alleviating chronic pain, helping to increase mobility, restore vitality, and enhance wellbeing.
Working with hands, head, and heart to ensure you receive the best care, I utilise soft tissue massage, hot/cold therapy, myofascial release, trigger point work, acupressure, stretches, and self-care exercises to treat range of pain pathologies.
Treatments are designed to support your physical and emotional needs and are specific to you as an individual. Whether you are looking for a deep tissue relaxation massage, support through pregnancy, prevention or relief from a sport injury, I can help.
I work from an established clinic in Hythe, and from my home clinic near Canterbury. My studio is a tranquil, private space surrounded by orchards in the village of Preston. It is the perfect place to unwind and connect with the healing power of nature. You will leave feeling nurtured and revived, allowing energy to flow.

About…
Designing a lifestyle that enhances wellbeing has been central to my practice for the last thirty years. Everything from the food we eat to the spaces we live in affects our mood and how we feel in our own skin. So, naturally I am interested in anything from nutrition to garden design, aromatherapy to the environment.
Massage for me is a multisensory experience which helps us connect to ourselves, each other, and the world around us. If you too are looking for this kind of connection, bodywork is a great place to start.
As an art student, I explored the world from a bodily perspective. As an art director, I fabricated imaginary worlds, yet longed to plug into the earth and feel what was real. As a teacher, I facilitated many community projects, culminating in the creation of a community garden based at a university on behalf of a mental health charity.
Throughout this journey, I learned to feel ‘well’ meant being healthy in our bodies, so we could feel happy in our minds. Yet we resist our corporeality. It can take birth, death, or an injury to wake us up to our bodily selves, a dis-ease that questions how we best take care of ourselves.
Now, as a bodyworker I help alleviate pain by supporting people to melt into themselves, to ‘ground’, and experience life with a more balanced sense of wellbeing. I still see myself as an artist, working with hands, head and heart to help people improve their overall health by coming home to their bodies.
One who works with the hands is a labourer.
One who works with the hands and the head is a craftsman.
One who works with the hands and the head and the heart is an artist.

“Absolutely incredible experience, combining both traditional massage with flexibility and mobility. The experience was almost transcendental, with trauma being released afterwards.”
